About

M. Wallace Williams, MN, ARNP
I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who has been serving the greater Seattle area since 2012. I provide comprehensive psychiatric medication management for adults experiencing mood and anxiety disorders, offering both telehealth and in-person appointments at my centrally located office in Tukwila, WA.

My practice focuses on depression, anxiety, mood disorders, personality disorders, and related challenges. With over a decade of clinical experience, I combine evidence-based practice with patient-centered care to help individuals achieve lasting improvement in their mental health.

In addition to medication management, I offer Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS)—a noninvasive, FDA-cleared brain stimulation treatment for major depressive disorder. TMS can be particularly beneficial for individuals who have experienced limited relief or unwanted side effects from multiple medications.

Experience

I established my career as a registered nurse in 2008 before returning to school to further my education. After earning my Master's degree from the University of Washington, I worked primarily in inpatient psychiatric settings. Since 2016, I have focused my practice in the care of adults across a variety of outpatient settings. I now specialize in psychopharmacology for anxiety and depressive disorders.

Practice Style

"Everything should be made as simple as possible, but not simpler." - Albert Einstein

Efficiency, effectiveness, and simplicity in psychopharmacology: that's the approach I strive for. In the practice of psychopharmacology, comprehensive assessment is crucial. In order to develop a clear diagnostic picture, collaboration with current or previous medical and mental health providers may be necessary. Additionally, for certain situations or specific medications, access to labs or other relevant information might be required to ensure safe treatment for your condition. It's important to note that I may not continue medication regimens that are dangerous/contraindicated medication combinations, even if they were previously prescribed by another provider.
As a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner, I integrate evidence-based practice guidelines with a patient-centered approach. Your unique values, needs, and goals are paramount in our collaboration. Together, we will develop a tailored treatment plan to promote your well-being and achieve positive clinical outcomes.
I offer a free initial 15-minute phone consultation to help you determine if my practice is a good fit for your needs. Please call or e-mail for more information.
